TALK CLUB
Talk Club is a UK male mental health charity helping men to improve their mental health.
We prefer to call it mental fitness because our talking groups actively help men to understand how they’re feeling by asking ‘How are you? Out of 10?’ then explaining why. It helps to build resilience, and the numbers prove it.
On average, a TC talk and listen group raises a man’s mental fitness by over 15%.
It’s why local pubs to global corporates, and 18 to 80+ year olds across the world, are now using Talk Club.

FORCES ONLINE
Forcesonline.org.uk - is a well connected, straight talking support group with a single aim - helping veterans and their families anyway they can.
It is Veteran run, always free and founded in 2013.
Forcesonline.org.uk (FOL) assists with immediate relief for Armed forces personnel who are in need due to disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage.

CHASING THE STIGMA
Chasing the Stigma is a national mental health charity on a mission to normalise and humanise conversations about mental health, whilst ensuring that everyone in the UK can access clear pathways to support, whenever and wherever they need it.
With lived experience at our core, we are driven to create a society where there is no longer a stigma associated with mental health, where people are as comfortable talking about their mental health as their physical health, and where everyone is able to find appropriate support before they reach a point of crisis, leading to a significant long-term reduction in self-harm and suicide.
​We strive to achieve this through the provision of pioneering training services, awareness-raising campaigns and lobbying activities whilst also operating the UK’s largest and most comprehensive directory of community mental health services, the Hub of Hope.

Anyone can hit crisis point. We run a free and confidential helpline and web chat, 7 hours a day 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about life’s problems.
We support those bereaved by suicide, through the Support After Suicide Partnership (SASP).
If you need help, call us from 5 pm to midnight 7 days a week.

24/7 - You can text us any time, day or night.
Confidential - Your messages with us are confidential and anonymous.

COMBAT2COFFEE
After being diagnosed with PTSD that was linked to service. Nigel had always had this fascination to work with coffee and decided to use coffee as a vehicle to help others.
Wanting the Journey to be end to end, he decided to use another veteran who roasts coffee beans to roast the Combat2 Coffee Recovery blend, this is where the slogan “Roasted, Toasted and Poured by Veterans” originates from.
